On March 21, Social Work students joined Putong Primary School’s “Grow with Me” charity fair. At the “Green Sprout Lei Feng Initiative” booth, children created succulent crafts, promoting kindness and environmental awareness. Funds raised support schools in Yunnan, planting seeds of compassion.

Social Work Star – Zhang Jing

Zhang Jing, a 2014 Social Work graduate from Shanghai College of Science and Technology, volunteered in rural Guizhou, where she overcame serious injuries to continue teaching and supporting local children. Her efforts brought aid to hundreds of students through donation drives and hands-on support, earning national media recognition and exemplifying the spirit of social work.

Ma Yuan, a top Art & Design graduate, stands out for her leadership, academic excellence, and creative achievements. She earned national awards, led major campus initiatives, and actively contributed to student life. Guided by her motto—“Climb high, travel far—see the world, and find yourself”—she continues to grow through passion, purpose, and service.
