— Our Course Selected for the 2023 Shanghai Vocational Education First-Class Core Course Project
Recently, according to the public announcement by the Vocational Education Division of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission regarding the 2023 Shanghai Vocational Education First-Class Core Courses (Offline), the Customer Relationship Management course, led by Mr. Guo Wei from the School of Business and Management, has been officially selected as a first-class core course.

The course includes 167 resources: 59 videos, 51 graphic content pieces, 19 discussions, 37 assignments, and 1 exam. The curriculum is designed to be coherent and complete, serving vocational college students, enterprise customer service staff, new employees, and general learners in society. It features a “Workplace Application” module and incorporates “Workplace Observation” tasks, embedding five core ideological values—dedication, integrity, privacy protection, fair competition, and attentive service—into the learning resources.
As of October 2023, the course has completed six full sessions with over 31,000 participants. Many learners from society have opted for paid certification online, with a satisfaction rate of 100%.
The School of Business and Management has now developed eight municipal-level excellent (online open) courses. Starting November 10, 2023, the school will launch a comprehensive training program for all faculty, aimed at enhancing teaching ability and digital resource development. The goal is for every teacher to master instructional design, be capable of producing quality teaching materials, and confidently deliver engaging lessons—striving for further achievements in applying for Shanghai Excellent Online Open Courses, Shanghai First-Class Core Courses, Shanghai Model Ideological Courses, as well as National-Level Premium Online and First-Class Core Courses.
