Guoli Song
Professor of Physics
Dean of the School of Communications and Electronic Engineering
Professor Guoli Song focuses his academic research on the fabrication and luminescence mechanisms of semiconductor nano luminescent materials. He has published 21 research papers in leading journals, delivered seven conference presentations, authored a monograph, obtained three invention patents, and received multiple awards, including first and second prizes for Natural Science and Technology Achievements in Heilongjiang Province. In teaching research, he specializes in higher education and vocational education, publishing ten papers and earning top honors such as the First Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievement and recognition for excellence in educational management. He also serves as Executive Director of the National Solid State Physics Society, Executive Director of the National Thermophysics Society, and a Final Judge for the China International College Students’ Innovation Competition. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with titles like National Advanced Individual in Social Science Work and Advanced Individual in Heilongjiang Province’s Education System.
Programs
The college is actively building a Smart Manufacturing program cluster to align with Shanghai’s key industries, including AI, intelligent manufacturing, and high-end equipment. Programs focus on industry collaboration and hands-on learning, with an emphasis on practical skills, problem-solving, and professional certifications. The goal is to cultivate highly skilled, in-demand talent for the advanced manufacturing and modern service sectors.
