The Minhang Campus of Shanghai Science and Technology Vocational College was officially opened on September 1, 2024. Located at the junction of Minhang District and Xuhui District, the new campus covers an area of 26 acres, with a building area of 10,153 square meters. The second phase of the campus is expected to be completed by September 2025, with a maximum capacity of 1,000 students.
The campus features state-of-the-art teaching facilities, including computer labs, language labs, standard classrooms, lecture halls, and art studios. Additionally, it provides offices, a library, sports venues, a cafeteria, and other essential facilities for faculty and students.
The campus also boasts smart dormitories where students can enter and exit using facial recognition, while administrators can monitor information in real time via a centralized system. The shared spaces in the dormitory area are equipped with sofas, vending machines, microwaves, and direct drinking water dispensers. Each dormitory room is furnished with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and a private bathroom system, offering students a modern and intelligent living environment.
