The Mechanical Innovation Club, established in 2005, is a professional club under the School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, serving students from the Mechanical Manufacturing & Automation and Mechatronics Technology programs. Centered around hands-on DIY projects and 3D printing, the club encourages students to turn feasible creative ideas into tangible products, aiming to enhance members’ mechanical design and manufacturing skills, foster innovation, and improve hands-on abilities.
It serves as a platform for mechanical enthusiasts to showcase their talents through activities such as 3D software rendering, designing and printing figurines, and DIY mechanical gadgets. The club also organizes participation in international exhibitions, helping members broaden their horizons and gain valuable exposure.
