In November 2024, the four-week International Art and Culture Month will take place at our Minhang Campus, featuring events such as the “Word Challenge,” “English Pictionary,” and the “New Chinese-Style Art Exhibition.” This series integrates both traditional and modern elements, showcasing the diversity and inclusiveness of art while promoting global cultural exchange and integration. Through a variety of engaging activities, students at Minhang Campus will experience the unique charm of different cultures and enhance their interest in language learning.

The event series is themed around different aspects of international art and culture, incorporating fun competitions and interactive activities to improve students’ memory and teamwork skills.

Word Challenge (November 4)

On November 4, the “Word Challenge” was held in Room 205 of Haichuan Building. Students participated in a thrilling and engaging competition that introduced them to creative word memorization techniques, boosting their enthusiasm for vocabulary learning and retention.

English Pictionary (November 8)

On November 8, the “Draw & Guess” English Pictionary event took place at the campus football field. Designed to enhance student interaction and communication, this activity encouraged teamwork and self-expression in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

New Chinese-Style Art Exhibition (November 22 – December 1)

From November 22 to December 1, the “Painting the Youthful Canvas, Inheriting Chinese Glory” New Art Exhibition was held in the Haichuan Building’s first-floor lobby, attracting many students to stop and admire the imaginative works on display. Through discussions and reflections, students exchanged ideas and fueled their artistic passion. The exhibition featured three-dimensional art pieces that celebrated and preserved China’s rich cultural heritage, allowing students to express their love for their country in their own unique ways. The event reflected the artistic aspirations and creative energy of the younger generation, immersing attendees in a vibrant atmosphere of innovation and appreciation for new artistic expressions.
