- Vice Chair of the Referees Committee of the Jiangsu Basketball Association.
- Director of the Referee Training Base of the Jiangsu Basketball Association.

Over the years, he has been deeply dedicated to teaching, publishing multiple papers in journals such as Education and Vocation, Contemporary Sports Technology, Value Engineering, Journal of Higher Correspondence Education, and Educational Research. His paper “How to Use Praise and Criticism in Physical Education” was awarded “Outstanding Paper” by Contemporary Educational Teaching Research; “Theoretical Conception of Optimization of Physical Education Teaching Methods” won the Third Prize in the National Education and Teaching Research Achievement Awards; and his series of papers on middle school physical education curriculum research won the Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Yangzhou.
