Recipient of three Second Prizes for National Teaching Achievement Awards; three First Prizes and two Second Prizes for Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards. Principal investigator for numerous projects, including Jiangsu Provincial Higher Education Teaching Reform Research, Jiangsu Provincial Vocational Education Teaching Reform Research, Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Research, and Jiangsu Educational Science Planning. Hu Xiaohui

Research Areas:
Higher vocational education, statistics, accounting.

Achievements:
Recipient of the Shanghai Yucai Award, the Shanghai Distinguished Teaching Award (Vocational Education), and the Jiading District Gardener Award. Led the development of Entrepreneurship Management, recognized as a Shanghai Excellent Online Open Course. Co-authored Performance and Compensation Management and Entrepreneurship Management, both selected as national planning textbooks for vocational education during the 11th and 12th Five-Year Plans.

Chief editor of Applied Statistics and Excel Applications (3rd Edition), recognized as one of the first national planning textbooks for vocational education under the 14th Five-Year Plan. Chief editor of Marketing Theory and Practice, which won third prize for Excellent Teaching Materials in Shanghai. Published 17 academic papers. Awarded two First Prizes and two Second Prizes for Excellent Teaching Achievements in Vocational Education in Shanghai.

Xu Jinru

Research Areas:

Higher vocational education, ideological and political education, tourism management, aesthetics.

Honors and Achievements:

Recognized as a Rural Culture and Tourism Leader by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Author of the monograph Research on the Development of the Theory and Practice of the Party’s Ideological and Political Education in the New Era (published by Jilin University Press). Editor-in-chief of over ten works, including Practical Teaching Guide for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the New Era and Professional Etiquette.

Published more than 100 papers in core journals and provincial journals such as Journal of Nanjing Normal University, Hubei Social Sciences, Guangxi Social Sciences, Education and Vocation, Vocational Education Research, and Development Research. One paper was reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, and two papers were abstracted and reprinted. Additionally, over ten papers were reprinted by the China Social Science Excellence and publications such as Philosophy Trends and Social Science Trends.

Presided over six provincial and ministerial-level research projects. Received more than twenty awards, including the Provincial People’s Government Award for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. Holds ten utility model patents.

Han Fang

Research Areas:

Higher vocational education management, entrepreneurship education, e-commerce.

Research Achievements:

Vice Chairman of the Education and Industry Cooperation Committee of the National College Graduates Employment Association, Deputy Director of the Entrepreneurship Education Professional Committee of the Shanghai Higher Education Association for Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges, Member of the Economic Teaching Steering Committee for Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges in Shanghai, Head of the “Shanghai Vocational Education—Han Fang E-commerce Master Studio”, selected for the “Shanghai High-level Vocational College President Training Program”.

She has won three first prizes and three second prizes in Shanghai Municipal Teaching Achievement Awards; led the development of the courses Online Payment and Settlement and Introduction to Exhibition, both of which were recognized as Shanghai Municipal Excellent Courses. Her e-commerce professional team was awarded as a Shanghai Municipal Teaching Team and won the first prize in the Shanghai Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges Key Major Teaching Design Competition.

Zhou Sheng

In the fields of scientific research and teaching, he has led and completed more than a dozen significant projects, including Jiangsu Province’s “Six Talent Peaks” Project, Jiangsu Industrial Promotion Projects, and Yangzhou Science and Technology Programs. Notably, he has achieved breakthrough progress in the study of light scattering and electromagnetic scattering properties of fiber materials, filling a domestic research gap. He has published nearly 30 academic papers, including about 10 indexed by EI and SCI, and has received multiple provincial and municipal scientific research achievement awards, as well as several national invention and utility model patents.

In education, he has led and completed numerous research projects under the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province, committed to the reform and development of higher vocational education. He has spearheaded the establishment of several specialized programs and high-quality courses, earning First and Second Prizes for Outstanding Teaching Achievements in Jiangsu Province.

He Yunjian

His paper “How to Use Praise and Criticism in Physical Education” was awarded “Outstanding Paper” by Contemporary Educational Teaching Research; “Theoretical Conception of Optimization of Physical Education Teaching Methods” won the Third Prize in the National Education and Teaching Research Achievement Awards; and his series of papers on middle school physical education curriculum research won the Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Yangzhou.

Academic Contributions

Since taking office, Professor Kong has published over 30 academic papers, including 9 in CSSCI and core Chinese journals, and 7 abstracts reprinted in Renmin University of China’s academic digests. He has received three Third Prizes in the Yangzhou Philosophy and Social Science Achievement Awards. He was awarded the Second Prize in the Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards (ranked second) and has led four provincial education reform and planning projects, along with multiple city-level research initiatives.

Teaching and Creative Work

Professor Kong’s course Design and Color was named a Shanghai Model Course for Ideological and Political Education and was recognized as part of an Outstanding Team in that initiative. He received Second Prize in the related citywide showcase. Dozens of his works in sculpture, mural, and lacquer painting have been selected for national and provincial art exhibitions, some winning awards and being collected by institutions like the China Sports Museum.

He has also designed and built various classical gardens and modern landscapes, with his interior and graphic design projects widely applied in society.
