Over the past three years, strategic partnerships with global industry leaders have enabled the development of cutting-edge innovation platforms in areas such as CNC machining, green manufacturing, industrial internet, and smart mobility—advancing industry-academia collaboration and driving forward digital and low-carbon transformation.

In the past three years, the school has partnered with world-leading enterprises, attracting over one billion RMB in corporate investment to establish a series of high-level research and innovation platforms.

A joint initiative with Prymeco has led to the creation of a top-tier Advanced CNC Machining Technology Center in China, focusing on professional training in CNC machine tools, the development of digital CNC processing solutions, and enterprise-led curriculum development.

In collaboration with Schneider Electric France, the school has established a Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center. A partnership with the Shanghai Industrial Innovation Center resulted in the creation of an Industrial Internet Smart Manufacturing Technology Center. These platforms focus on key areas such as digitalization + green technologies, artificial intelligence, and the industrial internet, advancing collaborative efforts in industry-academia-research integration.

Additionally, a co-innovation platform with NIO has been set up to drive collaborative innovation across the “New Four Modernizations” of the automotive industry—electrification, intelligence, connectivity, and shared mobility.
