Recipient of three Second Prizes for National Teaching Achievement Awards; three First Prizes and two Second Prizes for Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards. Principal investigator for numerous projects, including Jiangsu Provincial Higher Education Teaching Reform Research, Jiangsu Provincial Vocational Education Teaching Reform Research, Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Research, and Jiangsu Educational Science Planning. Led several provincial and national projects in professional development, platform construction, and training base development.
