Cao Chunhua holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from Donghua University and currently serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Business and Management at Shanghai College of Science and Technology. She is the lead instructor for two Shanghai municipal-level quality courses and has authored and published several textbooks. Her dedication to student development is evident in the numerous awards her students have received under her guidance in professional skill competitions.

Notably, in 2024, her students won the Gold Medal in the “Cross-border E-commerce” category at the World Vocational College Skills Competition. Her excellence in teaching has been recognized with top honors, including the Grand Prize in the 2022 Shanghai Higher Vocational Colleges Teaching Ability Competition, First Prize in the 2021 Shanghai “Starlight Program” Teaching Ability Competition, and Second Prize in the 2021 Shanghai Higher Vocational Colleges Teaching Ability Competition.

Her professional contributions have also been acknowledged through several institutional and district-level honors. In 2024, she was commended by the Jiading District Education Bureau and named an Outstanding Employee by Zhida Group. She received merit awards from Shanghai Polytechnic College in 2020 and 2021, and a commendation in 2019.

With extensive experience in curriculum development, student mentorship, and academic leadership, she continues to play a vital role in enhancing the quality of vocational education and training.
