Mental Wellness Fair

Psychological health is a crucial part of overall well-being, forming the foundation of personal achievement and happiness. To promote mental health education among college students, the School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering hosted a campus-wide mental wellness activity on May 22. The event, part of the “Midsummer City Walk – Green Mind Journey” series, offered students opportunities to explore emotional well-being through engaging games and interactive learning.

Activity Highlights

1. Learning Through Play
Each college set up fun, interactive booths to help students better understand mental health concepts. Through activities and discussions, students learned how to manage stress and emotions while discovering that everyone has unique struggles — leading to greater empathy and mutual understanding.

2. Knowledge & Engagement
To spark students’ interest, the organizing team created quizzes and games related to mental health. The enthusiastic participation reflected their curiosity and willingness to learn. Students realized that even when life feels overwhelming, a positive mindset and inner resilience can help them face challenges with strength.

3. Teamwork & Warmth
Volunteers supported each other throughout the event, working together with unity and dedication. Their cooperation embodied the spirit of teamwork, bringing warmth and a sense of belonging to everyone involved.
