The “College Student Mathematical Modeling Association” was established in October 2023, with the mission to “inspire interest in mathematical modeling, cultivate innovative thinking and teamwork skills, master modeling techniques, and expand practical applications.”

The association makes full use of available resources to provide a platform for students who are passionate about mathematical modeling, eager to improve themselves, and determined to achieve something meaningful during their college years. It offers opportunities for communication, learning, and hands-on practice. The club regularly holds training sessions on the fundamentals of mathematical modeling, inviting outstanding upperclassmen to explain core modeling methods and commonly used software, with the goal of enabling students to “translate real-world problems into mathematical language and solve them through modeling.”

In addition, the association organizes mathematical modeling competitions to help members enhance their skills in modeling, innovative thinking, and teamwork. Students are encouraged to freely share their experiences and challenges, inspire one another, and grow together—mastering knowledge while enjoying the fun of modeling.
